Battlefeild is Oscar Mike! --

 --And they're bringing the noise.
["Oscar Mike" /Translation, "On my Way"/ Just in case you were wondering. You're Welcome.]

The release date grows steadily closer, with each passing day out mouths salivate for the eye popping landscapes and amazing theaters of conflict. Our foe is that, well cooked, seasoned, exploding with flavor, meat we love so much. Our forks and knives are the vehicles and and firearms we use to cut away and our "Prime Cut" digital foes. Explosions act as spice while you wash it all down with a breath taking clear blue sky. Further more, you sip at the wine, a sweet wine that rushes through your senses as you frag that bogey at your Two O'clock with a Fox-2 in your F-35.

If that doesn't get your tubmly a rumbly for action. Maybe this sweet teaser trailer will. Thanks EA, for the awesome.

Make like a Tree, and Buy some Shoes.

[Now with more Borders!]

Gearbox wants to improve the way you look at Collectors Editions. [See? What'd I tell you? Everybody's doing it! Someone find a cliff! Quick!] They want to give the costumer a feel of, self involvement. Like, they were somehow apart of the Collectors Edition of Borderlands 2. How you ask? Easy, by making you somehow apart of the Collectors Edition of Borderlands 2. [Don't say it! I'm not repeating myself, the previous two sentences have distinct differences.]

Gearbox is looking for fresh, imaginative ideas for things to put in their special edition. [Direct Quote Below!]

"We would love to hear from you all on what you would like to see in a Borderlands 2 Collectors Edition. Let us know! Leave your comments/suggestions below. We know you guys would have some of the most creative ideas - So we want to hear them "

I told you these developers were in the one-up game, and not just in graphics or gameplay mechanics; but in the special edition realm. So, why not? Go --->Here<---- to the official link and type out your dream bonus for the Collectors Edition. [Side-note: a requirement is the stuff you request for has to be from the series, a replica of some sort and/or statue and/or posters et-cetera. No real firearms or weapons of mass destruction. I know. Booo! but those are the rules.]

So yeah, Sweet.

[EXTRA SPECIAL BONUS!]  *Gasp!* I know, bonuses are sweet. Everybody needs a pair of these shoes man, EVERYBODY!

[How could you not enjoy that? Seriously? Hello? McFly?]

Uncharted: In 23 Seconds... or more.

[You know, give or take.]

First. Oh the commercialage! Uncharted 3's release date is growing steadily closer. With that are the first waves of media publication to help compound excitement upon the hype that's been paintsakingly crafted by Naughty Dog through E3, PAX, Comi-Con, and any other major video game related conventions, magazine, or web blogs. [*Ahem...*]  Yeah, so the television spots are headed to your TV. The first of which is roughly 23 seconds crammed so full of the story, even you might find sand in your britches.

This commercial aired during halftime of the Packers/Saints game. NFL's Kickoff game saw entertainment even during the commercials.

[Yeah.]

Now. Allow me good chaps, and dear ladies. To delve into a world of culture. Cultrure filled with art, tea and delicous deliciscies known to the laymen's as, Snacks. Sometimes we, of the higher class, let slip from our superior minds the truth that even the simple things in life can go from ordinary, to extraordinary, Art.[We totally do this on purpose so that we can enjoy it with a "Fresh" eye. Yeah, We're that smart.]

[Makes you feel, "Fancy"]

Some people just have skill, some with Sand, some with Salt. [OH! Bonus Video!]

That's some amazing work!

What we have here is the long awaited Adventure Update. My post tonight is quick, easy peezy. [Rice & Cheezy] *Ahem* On Sept 12th 2011. [i.e a few days from now] the first major part of the Adventure Update will hit the web and explode billions of little square digital bits of goodness at your faces. From a new monster to tango with, to XP from your kills, and even the ability to charge up your bow for longer, more powerful, shots. The list goes on and on, it's gonna be sweet and that's just the tip of the ice burg. Below is the Semi-Launch trailer of the first Adventure update. Originally you were going to get the whole shabang in one update but, thing change. [Sad face.] But don't loose heart, it's still coming, just one Cube at a time. <---[Oh, I see what you did there, 'cause MineCraft is a cube world... right, ha.... punny.]

And there you have it.

N7 Stands for Awesome

Hey Folks, for starters, for those you who may be unaware. N7 is the insignia on Commander Shepard's armor. N7 is a simple code in the Systems Alliance. The "N" Represents Special Forces, and the 7 refers to the highest of individual proficiency within the unit. When those are together on an individuals uniform or armor, you should read it as follows. [He/She be a bad-ass, leave him/her alone]

OK, so let's get on topic here. I'm pulling in a quick update, for those of you who wish to reserve this game, or maybe haven't decided, and this might help. Now like I said before in a more Uncharted, related post. Collectors editions keep getting cooler. Where some may give you sweet statues, or schtuff that you can wear. [Which is totally awesome.] There are others that set you up with "Pre-Order" bonuses, that give you in-game swag to make your tenure in their universe more entertaining and fulfilling.
BioWare is a fan of walking the thin line between the too. They weren't satisfied with just some stuffy digital content, or some dusty nicknak. No! What they wanted was to bring you something unique, in both the real and digital worlds. The sweetness comes hand in hand. You, the customer, are getting some friggin sweet swag outside the console, while your in game Shepard and dashboard Avatar get in on the awesome. Below is the specs on the Collectors Edition. You Don't Wanna Miss out!

  • Premium metal case featuring commemorative artwork of Commander Shepard.
  • 70-page hardbound art book featuring hundreds of unique and gorgeous illustrations from the BioWare development team.
  • Limited edition Mass Effect comic by Dark Horse Comics, complete with unique cover artwork.
  • Join the ranks of the N7 with the premium fabric N7 patch.
  • Exclusive 4x6 lithographic print featuring a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork.
  • A full collection of in-game content that can’t be found anywhere else!
    • N7 Arsenal Pack – Bring the firepower with the N7 Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, and Pistol.
    • Robotic Dog – A faithful sidekick to keep you company on board the Normandy.
    • Squadmate Alternate Outfit Pack – New appearances for your favorite squad members.
    • N7 Hoodie – For Commander Shepard’s casual days on board the Normandy.
  • Relive all the greatest moments of Mass Effect 3 with the digital soundtrack.
  • Xbox LIVE Normandy prop for your Avatar. (Available on Xbox 360 version only.)
  • Display your initiation in the N7 ranks with a collection of forum and social badges, avatars, and perks.

Listen, you're getting the full suite of awesome with this deal. Not only do you get a swag-tastic pletheroa of sweet, but you're geting the blockbuster titles/story/gameplay/awesome. In one spiffy box. Don't be that one guy who doesn't have a lithograph of the Normandy on his wall. Just don't! So make with the reserving!

My Life, Has Sweet Graphics

Battlefield 3 has some of the best graphics on a FPS I've seen to date. The quality of the gameplay, graphics, voice acting, and FX, propel this game to a place that makes it feel more like a Modern Day Band of Brothers; than  a game.

So you got to sit comfy, and ride pretty with the armored division in the last video; but what we didn't get a look at was the "Foot Soldier" aspect of the game.

[Man that's sweet!] ------->

If you click on both images you can get a much, I repeat, much larger version with the clarity of that one blockbuster movie you saw where the CG looked real. [You'll notice I once again refrained from specifics. There are a lot of movies out there with mind blowing graphics. SO just pick one, it fits this.]

Now I've got a small but exceptional vid that'll give you a glimpse into squad based sweetness. [Keep in mind this is all In-Game footage, and none of it is cut-scene.]
Let your faces enjoy some awesome.
I'm going to thoroughly enjoy just looking at this game, as much as I'll enjoy playing it.

How It's Made Edition

[The Future Overloards Uh, computers are watching!] ------->

[I seriously need a snappy intro tune and animation for this post. As a matter of fact. I could use a snappy tune intro for all my posts. I'd use it every-time, for every post, for ever...I mean it!]

,  a great company dedicated to awesome action figures. Actions figures from all over the place, be that movies, comics, books to games. Especially some of the coolest games out there. Of course I'm not actually thinking of any game in particular.

<-----[OK, I'm totally thinking of a game in particular.]

One of the reasons I enjoy McFarlane Companies products, is because of the quality; both in the Action Figure's design and in their choice of product to produce. Like HALO for instance. They just make the tops, from detail, to the materiel, to how many efficiently moving parts they offer. [The Good Schtuff]

I should know, I have quite a collection of their SPARTANs...[like, most of them.]
Ever wonder how it's made? Why not spend an efficient minute and a half finding out?

[And now you know!] The video says "Teaser" which makes me think there will be an extended version of this video. [Sa-weet!] So keep your fingers crossed for that.
